STUTI offers a range of eco-friendly products, including pooja items, handmade hampers, and traditional artifacts. We ensure that product descriptions and pricing are as accurate as possible. However, minor variations in product size, color, and appearance may occur due to the nature of handmade items and sustainable materials used.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items under these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our secure payment gateway.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days. Delivery between 3-7 days,  times may vary based on location. Any customs duties or additional taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control, but we will inform you of any significant changes in delivery timelines.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for defective or damaged products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@indimak.com.

Refunds will be processed and credited within 14 business days once the returned product is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Product Care Instructions

Our eco-friendly products, including plantable Ganesha idols, terracotta diyas, and handcrafted pooja kits, are made from natural and recycled materials. To ensure longevity, please follow the care instructions provided with each product.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website for illegal activities, transmit harmful software, or disrupt the functionality of the site. STUTI reserves the right to block access to users who violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

STUTI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability, in any case, will be limited to the value of the products purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur.
